I developed and delivered three creative messaging tactics rooted in behavior change research to send to audience members who haven’t refilled their medication on time in the past. We tested the three directions to see which increased refills the most.
Observation - Those who feel like they’re being watched are more likely to perform better
Authority - People tend to listen to those in power
Social norms - People tend to conform to the social standards around them
